Car
From Oshikoto, head north on the B1 road towards Otjiwarongo. Continue on the B1 for approximately 130 kilometers (about 1.5 hours). As you approach Otjiwarongo, follow the signs for the C38 road towards Etosha National Park. Take the C38 and continue for about 40 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Etosha National Park. There is an entrance fee which costs approximately 80 Namibian Dollars per person (subject to change). Once inside the park, follow the signs to Halali Camp, which is about 40 kilometers from the entrance. Keep an eye out for wildlife along the way!
Public Transport
Start by taking a bus from Oshikoto to Otjiwarongo. Buses are available at the main bus station and the fare is typically around 50 Namibian Dollars. The journey takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Otjiwarongo, you will need to take a taxi or local shuttle to the entrance of Etosha National Park. The taxi fare to the park entrance is approximately 300 Namibian Dollars. After entering the park (entrance fee of around 80 Namibian Dollars per person), you can arrange for a park shuttle service or take a taxi to Halali Camp, which is roughly 40 kilometers from the entrance.
