Car Rental
From Oshikoto, head south on the B1 road towards Tsumeb. After approximately 40 km, take the exit onto the C44 road towards Guinas. Continue on the C44 for about 25 km until you reach Lake Guinas. Make sure to have a reliable GPS or map, as signs may not be prevalent in the area.
Public Transportation
Take a taxi or shuttle from Oshikoto to Tsumeb. Once in Tsumeb, you can catch a local taxi heading towards Guinas. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off as close as possible to the lake. Expect to pay around N$50 to N$70 for the taxi fare from Oshikoto to Tsumeb, and about N$30 for the final leg to Lake Guinas.
