From the center of Otjiwarongo, head east on Independence Avenue towards the junction with Sam Nujoma Drive. Continue straight until you reach the traffic circle. Take the second exit onto the B1 highway. Follow the B1 for approximately 20 km. You will see signs for Okonjima Nature Reserve. Turn left onto the gravel road and continue for about 5 km until you reach the entrance of Okonjima Nature Reserve.

Start from the Otjiwarongo Central Park. Head east on Independence Avenue until you reach the traffic circle. Take the second exit onto the B1 highway. Maintain a steady pace and follow the B1 for about 20 km. Look for the signs indicating Okonjima Nature Reserve. Turn left onto the gravel road and cycle for another 5 km until you arrive at the reserve.
