If you're traveling by car and are already in Sossusvlei, head east on the C19 road. After approximately 10 kilometers, turn left onto the D826 road. Continue on this road for about 25 kilometers. Look for the Kulala Desert Lodge sign on your right. Follow the signs to the lodge entrance, which is well-marked. The drive will take around 30-40 minutes depending on road conditions.
