From the center of Swakopmund, head south on Strand Street towards the beachfront. Continue straight until you reach the promenade, which runs along the coast. Turn left and walk along the promenade for about 30 minutes, enjoying the ocean views. You will eventually reach the end of the promenade where it meets the lagoon. From there, follow the lagoon's edge to the right, and you will see signs pointing towards the Walvis Bay Waterfront.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Swakopmund. Head south down Strand Street towards the beach. Once you reach the beachfront, turn left onto the promenade. Cycle along the promenade for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the lagoon. At the lagoon, turn right and follow the path that leads to the Walvis Bay Waterfront. This route offers beautiful views and is relatively flat, making it an enjoyable ride.
Public Transport
From the Swakopmund central bus station, take a local minibus or shuttle service heading to Walvis Bay. The ride typically takes around 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Walvis Bay Waterfront. Once you arrive, you can easily navigate the waterfront area on foot.
