Getting There

Walking

From the center of Usakos, head south on Main Street (the main road through town). Walk for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the B2 highway. At this junction, you can take a rest at a local cafe if you wish. Continue straight on the B2 highway heading southeast for about 4 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating Duwisib Castle; there should be clear markers along the way. After approximately 4 kilometers, you will see the entrance to Duwisib Castle on your left. Follow the path leading up to the castle.
Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Usakos. Start at the bike rental location and head south on Main Street. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the B2 highway. Once you reach the B2, turn left and cycle southeast for approximately 4 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Duwisib Castle. When you see the entrance to the castle on your left, turn in and enjoy the beautiful ride up to the castle.
Public Transport

Check with local transport services for minibus taxis heading to Duwisib Castle. These may not run frequently, so it’s advisable to ask around in Usakos for schedules. If a minibus is available, board it and inform the driver of your destination. They will drop you off at a point near the entrance to Duwisib Castle. From there, it’s a short walk to the castle itself.
