Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Usakos, start at the Usakos Town Council building. Head south on Main Street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the B2 road. Turn left onto the B2 road and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see a bus stop on your left; take a break there if needed. From the bus stop, continue walking for another 500 meters until you reach the junction with the C14 road. Take a right onto the C14 road and walk approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will then come to a sign indicating 'Swakopmund' to your left. Follow this sign and continue walking for about 10 kilometers, which will take you to the outskirts of Swakopmund. Once in Swakopmund, navigate towards the Craft Market located on Strand Street. Eco-Gliding Tours is situated in the Tennis Court Parking Area next to the Craft Market.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  From Usakos, head to the local bus station located near the Usakos Town Council. Look for a bus heading to Swakopmund. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on stops. Once you arrive at the Swakopmund bus station, exit the station and head towards Strand Street. Walk straight towards the Craft Market, which is about a 10-minute walk. Eco-Gliding Tours is located in the Tennis Court Parking Area adjacent to the Craft Market.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Usakos. Start at the Usakos Town Council and head south on Main Street. Follow the same route as for walking, taking the B2 road and then the C14 road towards Swakopmund. The total distance is approximately 15 kilometers and should take you about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on your cycling speed. Once you reach Swakopmund, navigate to Strand Street and locate the Craft Market. Eco-Gliding Tours is situated in the Tennis Court Parking Area next to the Craft Market.
