Windhoek City and Township Tour

Very interesting history tour and a taste of the township

Our tour guide, James, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Namibia. He guided us around the memorial museum adding his extensive knowledge to the excellent displays. He has a lovely manner and a touch of humour alongside his details of the government buildings, church, fort and museum. He also took us to briefly see the living conditions in the township, where we met some very friendly residents, as well as a walk around a local food market. Overall we learned a great deal and had the opportunity to safely see a side to Windhoek we'd otherwise have missed

An Unforgettable Experience!

I recently stayed at Avani for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the pool.
