From the center of Aiwo, head south towards Yaren. You can start from the Aiwo District Office. Walk along the main road (Nauru Avenue) until you reach the junction with the Yaren District road. Continue straight on Yaren District road for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several local shops and residential areas. Keep an eye out for the large green sign indicating the direction to Moqua Caves. Follow the signs until you reach the Moqua Caves entrance, which is marked by a small path leading down into the caves.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Aiwo and take the main road heading south towards Yaren. Follow Nauru Avenue until you reach the junction with Yaren District road. Turn onto Yaren District road and cycle straight for about 1 kilometer. Look for the directional signs pointing to Moqua Caves. The entrance can be identified by a small path that descends into the cave area.
