Starting from the main entrance of the Nebraska National Forest, head west on Nebraska Highway 20. Continue for about 35 miles until you reach the intersection with County Road 75. Turn left onto County Road 75, and continue for approximately 5 miles. The Chimney Rock Museum will be on your left at 9822 County Rd 75, Bayard, NE 69334. There is no entrance fee for the museum, but be sure to check for any special exhibits that may have additional costs.

While there are limited public transportation options within Nebraska National Forest, the nearest bus service is in Scottsbluff. From Scottsbluff, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to Chimney Rock Museum, which is about a 30-minute ride (approximately 20 miles).
