Public Bus
If you are in downtown Omaha, you can catch Metro Transit Bus Route 2 (South Express) from the bus stop at 16th & Farnam Street. Board the bus and ride for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop for Freedom Park, which is close to the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Trail Exhibit. Once you disembark, walk northeast for about 5 minutes along Freedom Park Road, and you will arrive at the exhibit located at 151 Freedom Park Rd.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-share programs available in downtown Omaha. Start at the Gene Leahy Mall and cycle east towards the Missouri River. Follow the riverfront pathway north, which will lead you to Freedom Park. The Lewis & Clark Interpretive Trail Exhibit is located at 151 Freedom Park Rd, and you will find bike racks available near the entrance.
Walking
If you are near the Old Market area, you can walk to the exhibit. Head south on 11th Street towards Farnam Street, then turn left on Farnam Street and continue until you reach the Missouri River. Follow the riverfront walking path north. After approximately a 30-minute walk, you will reach Freedom Park. The exhibit is located at 151 Freedom Park Rd, just a short walk from the park entrance.
