From Pine Ridge, Nebraska, head north on NE-27 N (Oglala Lakota Ave) toward US-18 E for about 24 miles. Then, take the exit toward Alliance/US-26 W. Continue on Co Rd 59 for about 5 miles. Carhenge will be on your left at 2151 Co Rd 59, Alliance, NE 69301.
