Walking
From Bhaktapur Durbar Square, head south towards the main road. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Ganesh Manch. Turn left and keep walking. After about 500 meters, you'll see a sign for Mangal Bazaar. Continue straight into the bazaar area. Bhimsen Mandir will be on your right after you pass the local shops and eateries, about 300 meters into the bazaar.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle in Bhaktapur Durbar Square. From there, pedal south on the main road heading towards the Ganesh Manch. After about 500 meters, turn left towards Mangal Bazaar. Keep riding straight; you will pass through numerous small shops and stalls. Bhimsen Mandir will appear on your right side after about 300 meters into Mangal Bazaar.
Local Bus
Find a local bus heading towards Lalitpur from Bhaktapur. Board the bus at the Bhaktapur bus station. Inform the driver that you are heading to Mangal Bazaar. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach Mangal Bazaar, disembark and walk along the main road. Bhimsen Mandir will be on your right after about a 5-minute walk.
