If you are starting from Bhaktapur Durbar Square, head south towards the main road (Bhaktapur - Madhyapur Thimi Road). Walk along the road for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the entrance of Mangal Bazaar. Continue walking straight through the bazaar, where you can enjoy local shops and culture, until you reach the main Patan Darbar Square, which is located at Lalitpur 44600. The square is a large open area surrounded by beautiful temples and museums.

From the Bhaktapur Bus Park, exit and turn left onto the main road. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Mangal Bazaar. Take a right turn and continue walking straight for about 15 minutes. You will see signs pointing towards Patan Darbar Square. Follow these signs, and after a few more minutes of walking, you will arrive at the square.
