Getting There

    From Bhaktapur Durbar Square, head east towards the main road. You will see a sign for the bus park. Continue straight until you reach the bus park area. Look for signs indicating buses heading to Kathmandu (as Ratna Park is located in Kathmandu). Board a local bus or microbus heading towards Kathmandu. Once on the bus, inform the conductor that you want to stop at Ratna Park. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.

    Alternatively, if you prefer a longer walk and some exploration, after heading east from Durbar Square, make your way to the main road and follow it towards the south. You will pass through local neighborhoods and have a chance to see more of daily life in Bhaktapur. Continue along the road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction where you can cross into Kathmandu. Once you cross into Kathmandu, keep heading straight until you see Ratna Park on your right side.
