Getting There

  • Walking

    From Bhaktapur Durbar Square, head towards the main entrance of the square. Once you exit the square, take a left onto the main road (Bhaktapur- Kathmandu Highway) and follow it for about 10 minutes until you reach the Bhaktapur Bus Park. From the bus park, you can catch a local bus to Kathmandu. Once in Kathmandu, disembark at Thamel, which is a well-known tourist area. Look for Thamel Marg, and then walk straight along this road for about 5 minutes. Skyway Nepal Treks will be on your right side.

  • Local Bus

    Begin at Bhaktapur Durbar Square and make your way to the Bhaktapur Bus Park, which is located nearby. From the bus park, take a local bus heading towards Kathmandu. Make sure to inform the conductor that you want to get off at Thamel. Once you arrive in Thamel, you can navigate to Thamel Marg by following the signs or asking locals for directions. Skyway Nepal Treks will be located on Thamel Marg, just a short walk away from the bus stop.

  • Cycle Rickshaw

    If you prefer a more comfortable ride, hire a cycle rickshaw from Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Negotiate the fare with the rickshaw driver to take you to Thamel in Kathmandu. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Thamel, ask the driver to drop you off on Thamel Marg, and Skyway Nepal Treks will be within walking distance from there.
