If you are in Bharatpur, start by heading towards the Bharatpur Bus Park. From the bus park, walk along the main road (Prithvi Highway) towards the east for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Narayani River. At this intersection, turn left onto the road that runs parallel to the river. Continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers, passing several local shops and eateries. Look out for signs directing you to Bis Hazari Lake, which is located on your right. Follow the path leading into the lake area.

Rent a bicycle from any of the rental shops in Bharatpur. Start from Bharatpur's main market area and ride towards the Prithvi Highway. Cycle east along the highway for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Narayani River. Turn left and follow the road that runs alongside the river. After about 2 kilometers, you will notice pathways leading to Bis Hazari Lake on your right. Park your bicycle at the designated area and continue on foot to the lake.
