Walking
From the center of Gorkha, start at the Gorkha Durbar Square. Head towards the main road (Prithvi Highway) and follow it south. After about 1 km, you will reach the bus station. Take note of the local buses heading towards Devghat; they are usually labeled and will depart frequently. Board a bus to Devghat, which should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Devghat bus stop, walk towards the river; Devghat Dham is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Devghat Dham.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near Gorkha Durbar Square. Start cycling south towards the Prithvi Highway, and then follow the highway for about 7 km. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Devghat. The ride may take around 30-45 minutes. Once you reach Devghat, park your bicycle safely and walk towards the temple area, which is a short distance from where you will arrive.
Hiking
For an adventurous option, consider hiking. Start from Gorkha Durbar Square and take the trail that leads towards the hills. Follow the signs towards Devghat, which will take you through scenic trails and local villages. The hike is approximately 8 km and can take 2-3 hours depending on your pace. Ensure you have sufficient water and wear comfortable shoes for this journey.
