Please note that there are no direct roads to Everest Base Camp; you will need to trek from Jiri or take a flight to Lukla first.

    To reach Everest Base Camp by public transportation, take a local bus from Kathmandu to Jiri. Buses leave from the Bus Park in Kathmandu and the journey takes approximately 8-10 hours.
