If you are driving from Kathmandu, head towards Kirtipur. Use the Ring Road to reach the Chobhar area. Once you reach the Chobhar area, look for signs indicating Kirtipur. Continue straight until you reach the junction at M75V+78M. Take a right turn and follow the road for about 1 kilometer until you see the Jal Binayak Temple on your left. Parking is available nearby.

From Kathmandu, find a local bus or microbus heading to Kirtipur. Buses frequently depart from the Ratna Park area. The fare is roughly NPR 30-50. Inform the conductor that you want to go to Kirtipur. Once you arrive at Kirtipur, you can either walk or take a local taxi to M75V+78M. The temple is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Alternatively, you can hire a local taxi from the bus stop directly to the temple, costing around NPR 300-500.
