Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Kathmandu, such as Thamel. Head southeast on the Ring Road (also known as the Kathmandu-Bhaktapur Highway) and continue for about 5 kilometers. Look for the exit towards Padmasugandh Marg at P824+CCJ. Follow Padmasugandh Marg for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will find Manjushree Temple on your left. Parking may be limited, so it's best to arrive early.
Public Transportation (Microbus)
To reach Manjushree Temple using public transportation, head to the nearest microbus station in Thamel. Take a microbus heading towards Bhaktapur or Boudhanath. Ensure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Padmasugandh Marg. The fare is approximately NPR 30-50. Once you get off, walk about 500 meters along Padmasugandh Marg; the temple will be on your right.
Public Transportation (Taxi)
For a more direct approach, you can hire a taxi from any location in Kathmandu Valley. Simply tell the driver to take you to Manjushree Temple, located at P824+CCJ, Padmasugandh Marg. The taxi fare should be around NPR 500-800 depending on your starting point. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
Walking
If you're already in the vicinity and prefer walking, navigate to Padmasugandh Marg. The temple is located at coordinates 27.7011, 85.3060069. Once you reach Padmasugandh Marg, walk towards the east for about 1 kilometer from the nearest landmark, such as the Boudhanath Stupa, and you will find Manjushree Temple on your left.
