From the center of Nagarkot, head south towards the main road. Once you reach the main road (Nagarkot to Bhaktapur Road), turn right and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will come across a sign directing you towards Bhaktapur. Continue straight until you reach the junction leading towards Bhaktapur. Follow this road for approximately 10 kilometers until you arrive at Chabahil, Kathmandu. Look for local signs indicating Charumati Stupa, which is located in the Chabahil area of Kathmandu.

For an adventurous route, you can hike from Nagarkot to Charumati Stupa. Start your hike by following the trail east of Nagarkot that leads down the hill towards the valley. This trail will eventually connect with the main road towards Bhaktapur. Once you reach the main road, turn right and follow the directions as mentioned above. This hike will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on your pace and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
