From Thamel, head east on the main road towards Durbar Square. Continue walking until you reach the Ratna Park area, where you will find a bus station. Take a microbus or local bus heading to Bhaktapur. Inform the conductor to drop you off at Suryabinayak. Once you arrive in Suryabinayak, walk towards Suryebinayak - Doleswor Rd. The Doleshwar Mahadev Temple is located just a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs towards the temple, which is approximately 500 meters away.

The temple will be clearly marked and is about 500 meters ahead.
