If you are traveling by car within the Koshi Zone, you will first need to reach the town of Khumjung. From major towns like Dhankuta or Biratnagar, head towards the eastern part of the Koshi Zone. Follow the signs to Namche Bazaar. Upon reaching Namche Bazaar, take the road towards Khumjung, which is approximately a 30-minute drive. Once you arrive in Khumjung, you can park your car in the designated areas and prepare for the next leg of your journey to Imja Lake, which is about a 1.5 to 2-hour hike from Khumjung.

For travelers using public transportation, take a bus or minivan from larger towns like Biratnagar or Dhankuta to Namche Bazaar.
