Walking
From the Lumbini Visitor Center, head east towards the main entrance of the Lumbini Sacred Garden. Once you enter the garden, follow the path straight ahead. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will come to the first major intersection. Turn left at this intersection and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will see signposts directing you towards the Lumbini Crane Sanctuary. Follow these signs, and the sanctuary will be located on your right side.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Lumbini Visitor Center and cycle east towards the entrance of the Lumbini Sacred Garden. Once inside, take the main pathway straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn left and cycle for about 500 meters. Look for the signposts indicating the direction of the Lumbini Crane Sanctuary, which will be on your right. The bike ride should take around 10-15 minutes.
Rickshaw
You can hire a rickshaw from any point in Lumbini, such as the Lumbini Visitor Center or your hotel. Tell the driver to take you to the Lumbini Crane Sanctuary located in the Lumbini Sacred Garden. The driver should know the way, but be sure to emphasize the sanctuary's location within the garden. The ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic and your starting point.
