Walking
Start at the Lumbini Garden entrance. From the entrance, head east toward the main road (Lumbini to Bhairahawa road). It is about a 10-minute walk. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for approximately 2 km. You will pass by local shops and eateries. After walking 2 km, you will reach a junction. At the junction, take a right turn onto the Lamahi road. Follow this road for about 5 km. You will see signboards directing you toward the Madhyanagar Suspension Bridge. Continue straight until you reach the bridge.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle near the Lumbini Garden entrance. Start by cycling east towards the main road (Lumbini to Bhairahawa road). Make a left turn and cycle for about 2 km. Upon reaching the junction, take a right onto the Lamahi road. Continue cycling for about 5 km. Look out for signboards indicating the direction to the Madhyanagar Suspension Bridge, and continue until you arrive at the bridge.
Public Transportation (local bus)
From Lumbini, locate the local bus station near the entrance. Take any bus heading towards Lamahi or Bhairahawa. Inform the bus conductor that you want to get off near the Madhyanagar Suspension Bridge. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at your stop, walk in the direction of the bridge. Follow the signs for approximately 1 km until you reach the Madhyanagar Suspension Bridge.
