From the center of Lumbini, head towards the main entrance of the Lumbini Garden. Walk along the main path until you reach the Maya Devi Temple, which is the main attraction in Lumbini. After visiting the temple, continue walking towards the Lumbini International Research Institute. From there, you will see signboards directing you towards the nearby hills. Follow these signs, and you will eventually arrive at the base of the hill leading to Phoolbari view point. The hike up can take around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your pace.
