Getting There

Walking
From the main entrance of the Lumbini Garden, head east towards the main road (Lumbini-Butwal Road). Once you reach the road, turn left (north) and walk approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see a sign for Chhang. Follow the sign to Chhang, which will lead you to a smaller path. Continue on this path for another 2 kilometers, passing through local villages and fields. Keep an eye out for directional signs or ask locals for help, as they are familiar with the route to Thangdi waterfall.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Lumbini. Start your journey from Lumbini Garden and ride east towards the Lumbini-Butwal Road. Turn left at the main road and continue cycling north for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the sign to Chhang and follow it onto the smaller path. Ride along this path for roughly 2 kilometers, enjoying the scenery. You may encounter some uphill sections, so be prepared to exert some effort. As you approach Chhang, you will see signs indicating the direction to Thangdi waterfall.
