Private Car
From Manang, take the road heading south towards Khangsar. Continue on this road until you reach the junction for Langtang Valley, which is approximately 15 kilometers away. Follow the signs directing you to Langtang. The drive should take around 1 hour. Parking is available at the trailhead.
Public Transportation (Bus)
Catch a bus from Manang to Khangsar, which departs from the central bus station in Manang. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Khangsar, you will need to hire a local jeep or arrange for a trek guide to take you to the Langtang Valley starting point. Expect to pay around NPR 1,500 to NPR 3,000 for the jeep ride.
Trekking (On Foot)
For those seeking an adventurous route, you can trek from Manang to Langtang Valley. Starting from Manang, head south towards Khangsar, then follow the trail that leads into the Langtang Valley. The trek is approximately 20 kilometers and may take 6 to 8 hours, depending on your pace and conditions. Ensure you are well-prepared with adequate supplies and a map.
