From the Manaslu Circuit area, drive to the nearest major town, which is either Gorkha or Besisahar. From Besisahar, take the road heading west towards Jomsom. The journey may take around 8-10 hours depending on road conditions. Ensure to check the weather as landslides can occur. Once you reach Jomsom, follow the signs to Annapurna Conservation Area, located at R2C8+5MX, Jomsom 33100.
Public Transportation (Bus)
Travel from the Manaslu Circuit to Besisahar by local bus, which takes approximately 4-6 hours. From Besisahar, catch a bus to Jomsom; this leg of the journey could take anywhere from 6-8 hours depending on the road. Ensure you have a local map or ask locals for directions to the Annapurna Conservation Area once you arrive in Jomsom, specifically to R2C8+5MX.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Gorkha or Besisahar to Jomsom. The taxi fare can vary greatly, but expect to pay around NPR 10,000 to NPR 15,000. Once in Jomsom, navigate to the Annapurna Conservation Area located at R2C8+5MX.
