If you are traveling by car, start from the city center of Ilam. Drive towards the Mechi Highway (also known as the Ilam-Mahendra Highway). Follow the signs for Mechi Highway and continue driving for about 8 kilometers. You will see a sign for Singhabahini Temple, which will guide you to a small access road. Turn right onto this road and follow it for about 1 kilometer until you reach the temple entrance. Parking is available near the temple.
