A great insight into Hindu culture
Santosh is a very interesting guide, kind and full of knowledge, not only about this temple but also about the whole Nepal and both Hindu and Buddhist culture. He answered our many questions with great explanations and patience. It is also very valuable to do the tour in small groups. It is maximum 5 persons but we were only the 2 of us which is quite unique. The 3 hours tour gives you plenty of time to enjoy everything : pashipatinath temple, Arati ceremony and the burrial ceremony if there is some. Overall highly recommanded! He can also organize trekkings and other sorts of guided tour.
