Walking
Start your journey from the main square in Nagarkot, where you will find several signs and locals who can provide directions. Head east on the main road, following the signs towards the Nagarkot View Tower. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path that leads uphill. Continue for about 30 minutes, enjoying the scenic views along the way. As you approach a small village, look for a narrow path on your right that leads up the hill. Follow this path for another 15 minutes, and you will arrive at the entrance of Kali Temple, beautifully set against the backdrop of the Himalayas.

Hiking
If you're up for a more adventurous route, you can hike from the Nagarkot View Tower. From the tower, follow the trail that descends back towards Nagarkot village and then veers off to the right. This trail is a bit steep but offers stunning views. After approximately 40 minutes of hiking, you will come across a small tea house where you can take a rest. Continue along the path for another 30 minutes, and keep an eye out for signage pointing towards Kali Temple. The last stretch will require some climbing, but you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape as you reach the temple.
