Getting There

Walking
From the center of Nagarkot, head towards the main road (Nagarkot- Bhaktapur Road). Follow the signs towards Bhaktapur and keep walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Trishuli Highway (also known as Prithvi Highway). Once at the highway, turn left and walk for another 2 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Nagarjun Forest Reserve along the way. Continue on the path until you reach the entrance of the Nagarjun Forest Reserve.

Rent a bicycle from a shop in Nagarkot. Start cycling towards the main Nagarkot- Bhaktapur Road. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Trishuli Highway. Keep pedaling for approximately 2 kilometers, following the signs for Nagarjun Forest Reserve. The forest reserve entrance will be on your right. Ensure you wear a helmet and stay safe on the road.
