    Getting There

    Walking

    From the center of Nagarkot, head towards the main road (Nagarkot Road). Walk downhill for approximately 200 meters until you reach the junction with the Bhaktapur-Nagarkot road. Turn right onto this road and continue straight. Look for local signs that indicate the way to Kathmandu. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will find a bus stop where you can catch a local bus to Kathmandu. Make sure to ask the driver if the bus is going to Narayanhiti Path.

    Public Transport

    Once you are at the bus stop in Nagarkot, wait for a local bus heading towards Kathmandu. The journey to Kathmandu takes around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. When you arrive in Kathmandu, ask the bus conductor to drop you off at Ratna Park, which is a central bus terminal. From Ratna Park, you can either walk or take a taxi to Narayanhiti Path. If walking, head towards the east on Bhaktapur Road until you reach Narayanhiti Path. The palace will be on your left.
