Once you reach Kathmandu, you will need to head to Thamel, which is known for its tourist-friendly atmosphere. From Changu Narayan, you can catch a local bus to Bhaktapur. Once in Bhaktapur, find the bus station and take a bus to Kathmandu, specifically to the Thamel area. The trek from Nagarkot to Changu Narayan will take about 2-3 hours, offering beautiful views along the way, and then you can proceed to Bhaktapur and onward to Kathmandu as described above.
