Getting There

    From your accommodation in Nagarkot, head towards the main road that leads out of the village. Look for signs directing you towards Bhaktapur or Kathmandu. The path will be steep initially, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. As you reach the main road, turn left towards Bhaktapur. Continue walking down the main road for about 12 kilometers. You will pass through small villages and scenic landscapes. After approximately 30-40 minutes of walking, you will reach the junction where you can catch a local microbus or taxi to Kathmandu. Get on the microbus heading to Kathmandu.

  • Public Transport

    Once you arrive at the main road from your accommodation, look for a microbus heading to Kathmandu, which should be frequent. The fare will be around 100 NPR. The microbus will take you directly to Kathmandu, and you should inform the driver to drop you off near the Skywalk Tower. After about an hour's ride, the driver will stop at the entrance of the Skywalk area. From there, it is a short walk to the Skywalk Tower itself.
