From the center of Nagarkot, start by heading south towards the main road. Follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the fork where the road splits. Take the right path that leads you downhill. Continue walking for another 2 kilometers, passing through local houses and small shops. You will eventually reach the main highway. Cross the highway carefully and continue walking straight until you see a sign pointing towards Bhaktapur. Follow this path for about 3 kilometers until you enter Bhaktapur city. Once inside the city, ask locals for directions to Taumadhi Square, where the 5 storey temple is located. It is prominent and should be easy to find as it is a major landmark.
