Walking
From the center of Namche Bazaar, head towards the main trail that leads to the Everest View Hotel. Continue walking uphill on this well-marked path for about 30 minutes. You will pass several tea houses and small shops along the way. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction; take the left path that goes towards Khumjung. Follow this trail for another 20 minutes until you reach the village of Khumjung. The Khumjung Gompa is located on your right as you enter the village.

If you're starting from the Namche Bazaar Market area, locate the steps that lead to the upper section of the town. Ascend the steps and follow the main trail that goes towards Khumjung. After about 45 minutes of steady walking, you will reach the picturesque village of Khumjung. Keep an eye out for the Khumjung Gompa, which is prominently situated within the village.
