From the Patan Durbar Square, head east towards the main road. Take a left onto the road that leads towards the city center. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Ring Road. At this intersection, continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will arrive at Thamel Marg in Kathmandu. Nectar Spa is located on Thamel Marg, and you can find it easily by looking for the sign at the entrance.

Once across, turn left and continue walking along the riverbank for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Thamel area in Kathmandu.
