Walking
From Hiranya Varna Mahavihar (Golden Temple), head northeast on the main street (Hiranya Varna Marg) towards the intersection. After about 300 meters, you will reach the main junction. At the junction, turn left onto Nyadha Galli. Continue walking straight for approximately 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to Neelayu Bodhisatva (Brishadev) on your right at Nagabahal. Look for the sign indicating the location, and you will find the statue within a small courtyard.

If you prefer to rent a bicycle, you can find rental shops near Hiranya Varna Mahavihar (Golden Temple). After renting a bicycle, head northeast on Hiranya Varna Marg for about 300 meters.
