Walking
From the center of Mangal Bazaar, head south on the main street. Keep an eye out for the Patan Durbar Square, which is a well-known landmark. As you approach the square, you will see signs pointing towards Durbar Tole. Continue walking straight, passing various shops and local eateries. When you reach Durbar Tole, turn left and follow the street. The statue of King Yognarendra Malla will be located a short distance ahead on your right side, near the entrance of the square. It's a prominent statue, so it should be easy to spot.

Local Transport (Rickshaw)
If you're not keen on walking, you can hire a local cycle rickshaw. Stand at a busy intersection in Mangal Bazaar and signal for a rickshaw. Tell the driver 'Durbar Tole' or show them the address 'M8FG+823, Durbar Tole St'. The ride should not cost more than NPR 50-100 depending on your starting point and negotiation skills. The rickshaw will drop you off close to the statue, and from there, you can walk the remaining distance to enjoy the view.
