Walking
Start from the Patan Durbar Square. Head east towards the main road (Patan - Kathmandu Road). Once you reach the road, turn left and walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the corner with Boudha Road. At this intersection, take a right onto Boudha Road. Continue walking straight for another 10-15 minutes. You will see the Guru Lhakhang Monastery on your right side, just before you reach the Boudhanath Stupa.

Public Bus
From Patan, walk to the nearest bus stop along the Patan - Kathmandu Road. Look for a bus heading towards Boudha. Board the bus and pay the fare (usually a small amount). After about 20-30 minutes, get off at the Boudhanath Stupa stop. From there, walk back along Boudha Road for about 5 minutes, and you will find Guru Lhakhang Monastery on your left.

Cycle Rickshaw
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a cycle rickshaw from anywhere in Patan. Tell the driver you want to go to Guru Lhakhang Monastery on Boudha Road. The ride should take around 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the rickshaw will drop you off right outside the monastery.
