Travel Guide to Bungee Pokhara

Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Lakeside Pokhara, head east on the Prithvi Highway (also known as the Pokhara-Baglung Highway). Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach Hemja. Look for signs for Bungee Pokhara along the route. Turn right onto a smaller road leading to Bungee Pokhara, which is located at the address 7X55+968, Pokhara 33700. There is parking available on-site.

• Public Bus

  From Lakeside Pokhara, take a local bus heading towards Hemja. Buses depart frequently from the main bus stop in Lakeside. The fare is usually around 30-50 NPR (Nepalese Rupees). Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Bungee Pokhara or Hemja. Once you arrive at Hemja, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach Bungee Pokhara, following the signs or asking locals for directions.

• Taxi

  You can also hire a taxi from anywhere in Pokhara Valley. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Bungee Pokhara in Hemja, located at 7X55+968, Pokhara 33700. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes from Lakeside, and the fare will typically be around 600-800 NPR, depending on your starting point.

• Motorbike Rental

  For those who prefer a more adventurous route, consider renting a motorbike from one of the many rental shops in Lakeside. Follow the same directions as for driving; however, be cautious as the roads may be bumpy. The rental cost will generally be around 1000-1500 NPR per day. Ensure you wear a helmet and have an international driving permit if required.
