Start from Lakeside, a popular area in Pokhara. Head east on the main street, known as Srijana Chowk. Continue straight until you reach the intersection at the 'Prithvi Chowk'. From there, turn left onto the road towards 'Uday Marg'. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, passing local shops and eateries. You will see signs pointing towards 'Shree Urgen Choling Buddhist Monastery'. As you approach, you will notice a gradual incline; continue uphill until you reach the monastery entrance.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Lakeside. Begin your journey by cycling east towards Srijana Chowk, then take a left at 'Prithvi Chowk' onto 'Uday Marg'. Follow the signs leading you uphill until you arrive at Shree Urgen Choling Buddhist Monastery.
