From Poon Hill, you will need to first descend the path back to the nearest road access point, which is the village of Ghorepani. This will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once in Ghorepani, drive or arrange for a local taxi to take you to Sardi Khola. The journey from Ghorepani to Sardi Khola will take around 1 hour and will cost approximately NPR 2,500 to NPR 3,500 depending on negotiation.

After descending from Poon Hill to Ghorepani, you can take a local bus or jeep from Ghorepani to Nayapul. This bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours and typically costs around NPR 500. From Nayapul, you can catch another local bus or jeep heading towards Sardi Khola. The remaining journey will take about 30 minutes and cost around NPR 200. Ensure you ask the driver to drop you off at Bhurjung Khola or Sardi Khola, as the exact stop may vary.
