Getting There

  • Car

    From Poon Hill, you'll need to descend back down to Ghorepani, which should take about an hour. Once you reach Ghorepani, take a taxi or a private vehicle to Ghandruk. The taxi ride will take approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on road conditions. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey, which should cost around NPR 3,000 to NPR 4,000. Once in Ghandruk, follow the signs to Mulde Hill Trekking, which is approximately a 30-minute hike from the village.

  • Public Transportation

    From Poon Hill, walk back down to Ghorepani (about an hour). In Ghorepani, look for local buses or shared jeeps heading to Ghandruk. These vehicles generally leave when full and should cost around NPR 1,500 to NPR 2,000 per person. The journey takes around 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive in Ghandruk, you will need to hike for about 30 minutes to reach Mulde Hill Trekking.
