Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Dharan city. Head towards the Dharan Dhankuta Highway (also known as the Bhedetar Highway). Follow the highway for approximately 13 kilometers. You will see signs for Bhedetar, which will guide you to the turn-off. Take the left turn at the junction and continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach Bhedetar View Tower. There is parking available near the tower.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take a local bus or microbus from Dharan to Bhedetar, which is a common route. Buses leave from the main bus station in Dharan and run frequently throughout the day. The fare is usually around NPR 50-100. The journey takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Bhedetar, follow the signs to the View Tower, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill from the bus stop.
Taxi
If you prefer a more private option, you can hire a taxi from Dharan to Bhedetar. This will cost approximately NPR 1,000-1,500 depending on negotiation. The journey will take about 30 minutes. The taxi will drop you off at the base of the Bhedetar View Tower, from where it is a short walk to the entrance.
Motorbike Rental
For those looking for adventure, consider renting a motorbike in Dharan. Rental shops are available, and you can rent a bike for around NPR 800-1,200 per day. Follow the same route as cars, taking the Dharan Dhankuta Highway towards Bhedetar. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules. Parking is available near the tower.
