    If you're driving, start from Kathmandu and head towards Charikot. From Charikot, take the road to the Dolakha district and continue to the village of Barabise. From Barabise, you will need to take a local road to reach the Rolwaling Valley. Follow the signs to the village of Gongar, then proceed to the small village of Singati. Once you arrive in Singati, you can park your car and prepare for the trek to Dik Tsho. The trek from Singati to Dik Tsho takes approximately 4-5 hours, following the path along the Rolwaling River.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Dik Tsho using public transportation, take a bus from Kathmandu to Charikot. Buses leave regularly from the New Bus Park and the fare is around NPR 500-800. After reaching Charikot, find a local bus or jeep heading to Barabise. From Barabise, you can catch a local jeep to Singati. The total cost for the bus and jeep rides will be approximately NPR 1,500-2,000. Once in Singati, begin your trek towards Dik Tsho, which will take around 4-5 hours.

    After reaching Singati either by car or public transport, prepare for the trek to Dik Tsho.
