If you're driving a car, head towards the district capital of Doti, which is well-connected by road. From Doti, take the route towards the village of Jorayal. Continue on this road until you reach the Khaptad National Park entrance, which is approximately 40 km from Doti. The road can be rugged, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountainous terrain.

For those using public transportation, catch a bus from any major town in Sudurpashchim Province to Doti. Buses leave frequently from towns like Mahendranagar or Attariya. Once in Doti, switch to a local bus or jeep to Jorayal. From Jorayal, you can either walk or hire a local guide or porter to take you to the Khaptad National Park entrance, which is about a 5-6 hour trek.

If you are not driving and prefer an adventurous route, after reaching Jorayal by bus, you can trek directly to Khaptad National Park. The trek is approximately 12 km and will take about 5-6 hours.
